Dr. Molly Boyd is a doctoral level clinician; a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Marriage and Family Therapist, and EMDR certified practitioner based in Shreveport, Louisiana. With years of dedicated experience and a deep commitment to helping others, Dr. Molly takes pride in creating a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
Growing up in Louisiana, Dr. Molly earned a B.A. in Psychology in 2000 and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2001 from Louisiana Tech University. After several years of teaching at the university level, she completed her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana-Monroe, focusing her dissertation research on 'Lessons on Being: Implications of the Bateson Research Project' exploring foundational contributions to systems theory and the development of the double bind concept in the context of family communication and mental health.
She has presented at national and international levels, including presenting her dissertation research at the acclaimed University of Paris (Sorbonne) in Paris, France. Dr. Molly is a curious and lifelong learner, constantly seeking to expand her knowledge of this fascinating field.
Dr. Molly believes that solutions, while sometimes challenging, are rarely complicated. She deeply values the therapeutic relationship as a sacred, collaborative space where each client’s comfort and privacy are paramount.

Madison McVey is a dedicated Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (P.L.P.C.) who brings both compassion and clinical knowledge to her work with individuals of all ages. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology—both from LSU Shreveport.
With experience in inpatient, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, Madison has supported individuals across their lifespan in navigating mental health, addiction, crisis recovery, and emotional regulation. She also has experience working with children on the autism spectrum, offering ABA-based support and behavior intervention strategies.
Madison is passionate about creating a safe, respectful space for her clients to heal and grow. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on personalized treatment plans that support long-term change. She has a special interest in helping clients navigate life transitions, trauma recovery, and identity development. Quinn is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and yoga therapist who integrates movement, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support individuals on their path toward greater clarity, empowerment, and wellbeing. A lifelong lover of nature and embodied awareness, she has been teaching since 2014, offering tools that help reduce stress and anxiety, promote self-compassion, and foster deep mind-body connection.
Quinn’s approach draws from a wide range of modalities, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Somatic Healing, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and breathwork. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed principles and therapeutic alignment, drawing from advanced yoga therapy training in the Krishnamacharya tradition through the Optimal State of Living program.
In her sessions, clients can expect an experience that is both grounding and empowering—designed to enhance relaxation, self-awareness, and holistic balance. Quinn has shared her offerings in diverse settings, including rehabilitation centers, corporations, schools, non-profits, and healthcare facilities, always with a focus on accessibility and individualized care.

Lindsay Cobb, Ed.S., M.S., LPC, CTP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Flourish who brings a deeply compassionate, grounding presence to her work. Known for her empathic listening and calm, steady demeanor, Lindsay creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel truly seen and safe to heal. She holds advanced graduate degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Lindsay is a Certified Trauma Professional and a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner—an experiential, brain-based therapy that helps clients access and process trauma, emotional blocks, and deeply stored experiences on a neurological level. Lindsay integrates Brainspotting with traditional talk therapy to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, sports performance enhancement, musical performance enhancement, and a wide range of mental health concerns.
