Foundational In-person Packages:

1. The Reset Session

Format: One Time Session

Duration: 50 Minutes

Includes:

  • Breathwork tailored to immediate stress or tension

  • Guided grounding meditation

  • Gentle movement (seated or mat-based, depending on client comfort)

  • Take-home breathing or mindfulness tool

2. Nervous System Starter Series

Duration: 3 weekly sessions (50 mins each)

Includes:

  • Session 1: Breath as anchor + body awareness movement

  • Session 2: Vagus nerve stimulation (humming, rocking, myofascial release techniques, etc.)

  • Session 3: Building a regulation routine (customized daily plan for home use)

  • Short handouts or visuals to reinforce learning

Best for: Clients in early recovery from burnout or trauma, those with anxiety, or people new to body-based work.

The 21 Day Embodiment Challenge:

Hybrid: In-person + Daily Practices

Includes:

Initial in-person session (50 minutes) to assess needs and to introduce anchor tools

A set of daily take-home practices including customized journaling prompts

One weekly in-person check-in (50 min)

Best for: Clients who want structure, accountability, and consistency.

Deeper Immersion In-person Packages:

4. The Restore Series

Duration: 6 sessions (50 minutes each)

Includes:

  • Each session includes intention setting, breathwork, meditative grounding and movement

  • Themes may include: grief, surrender, boundaries, energy, voice, compassion

  • Includes one take home or integration exercise per session

Best for: Clients with chronic stress, emotional burnout, trauma, or deep grief who crave safe, present, relational space.

5. Embodied Boundaries

Duration: 4 In-person sessions (50-minutes each)

Includes:

  • Session Themes (such as): "Noticing your Yes & No," "Claiming Space," "Speaking without Shrinking," & "Holding Yourself Steady"

  • Somatic-based work with physical movement, posturing, and breath to build internal and external boundaries

  • Take home reflection or movement prompts

Best for clients dealing with codependency issues, people pleasing, relational trauma, or emotional enmeshment

6. Sacred Embodiment

Duration: 6 Sessions (50 minutes each)

Includes:

  • Centering practices with affirmation, breath, & single-focus meditation or yoga nidra

  • Movement inspired by surrender, praise, & grounding

  • Gentle reflections or chair-based movement woven into each session

Best for: Women seeking mind-body-spirit alignment in their healing journey; for deeper self-connection

7. Your Personal Practice

Completely tailored package (you choose the number of sessions, pace and tools used)

Includes:

  • Initial 50 minute consult to identify needs

  • Choose from:

    -Breathwork

    -Meditation (silent, guided, visualization, yoga nidra)

    -Nervous system regulation tools (humming, self-therapeutic touch, grounding practices)

    -Somatic movement

  • Built-in check in sessions or integration support

Best for: Therapy clients who want more mind-body tools & want something more customized
