Includes:
Session 1: Breath as anchor + body awareness movement

Session 3: Building a regulation routine (customized daily plan for home use)
Short handouts or visuals to reinforce learning

Hybrid: In-person + Daily Practices

Initial in-person session (50 minutes) to assess needs and to introduce anchor tools
A set of daily take-home practices including customized journaling prompts
One weekly in-person check-in (50 min)

Duration: 6 sessions (50 minutes each)

Each session includes intention setting, breathwork, meditative grounding and movement
